The same format involving 4 elements is

used in this class for each and ever subject line and course work file name, where a file is attached to an email!!

I. FILES NAMES AND SUBJECTS FOR E-MAIL

e-mail Subjects for all e-mail sent in this class

AND

Class course work file names

are identical!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The e-mail Subject MUST make your work stand-out and should contain:

1. Your initials

2. ZAP NUMBER

3. Date

4. Work description

Subject: RR 1148 29AUGUST03 INLAB1 .doc

Not using this format with result in the item sent being returned or a point reduction. This file name and Subject format assures that your e-mails get the priority attention, you want.

 II. The first 11^th Commandment “Thou shalt cc oneself with every e-mail sent.”

Also, please sign each e-mail body with your “real” name!
