For all processes indicated above, support tools and, in some cases support people, are needed. Were these tools are available, and tools literacy, or training, or support personnel are available, optimization of processes and related pedagogy can be increasingly accomplished.
Tools considered below will be examples of reasonable quality tools of specified types in the experience of the author, not exhaustive lists of tools of specified types.
