Tools for Text, Hypertext, and Some
Graphics Development
A word processor such as MS-Word is desirable for text,
hypertext, and some graphics content creation.
A tool such as MS-FrontPage can also be useful.
Either of these tools is easy to use, and can automatically generate HTML
if HTML code is needed as content per a course shell.
Some course shells accept text nicely, others produce better results
based on HTML input (which can be automatically generated).
